Our process begins with the brief and feasibility assessment,where we analyze creative requirements, the schedule, and the territory. From there we prepare the estimate and tax plan, providing a detailed budget and a simulation of the applicable incentives.
During the location phase, we conduct an online pre-selection and handle all necessary permits. We then develop the shooting plan, which covers crew organization, logistics, safety, and the application of sustainability criteria.
During filming, we coordinate both on-set and office production, maintaining rigorous cost control and daily reporting. Finally, we manage the tax incentive reimbursement process, handling legal closures, audits, and the incentive application.
